NO, khongai è sbagliato, i link citati sono di SPI-come ISP (per AT89Sxx-serie), mentre hanno la RX2 è un'azienda specializzata UART vero.
Vai al sito Atmel e Flip il download dal 8051 strumenti e software.
Non hai bisogno di schemi, solo un chip standard RS232 conversione livello (ad esempio MAX232) allegato al Rx del RD2 e Tx, e forse anche un pulsante di reset.
